Lift Director Certification
The Lift Director course is designed to provide the participant with the full range of knowledge
necessary to safely oversee all aspects of a hoisting and rigging event. The training is tailored to help the
participant process all the data available for a particular lift and, in many cases, determine what
additional information must be obtained and know how to provide it. After "Lift Director" training, the
participant will learn and understand a Lift Director's responsibilities and how to perform them, as
described in OSHA 1926.1400 and ASME B30.3 and B30.5, when using mobile and tower cranes. As well
as can pass a written evaluation verifying the competency to direct lifting activity using mobile cranes.
Assembly and Disassembly (A/D) director
The Assembly/Disassembly course is designed to give the participant the ability to qualify as the
Assembly/Disassembly Director. The course includes understanding and correct application of
definitions, ground conditions, selection of manufacturer and/or employer procedures, general OSHA
and ASME requirements, powerline safety, and post-assembly inspection.
One Week Mobile Crane Operator Class
CTS has decades of experience on multiple types of cranes and lifting devices for projects ranging from
straightforward delivery booms to 400-foot-high tower cranes. Expert crane operators are one of the most sought-after positions in the industry.
This course is designed to give you the basic skills and the hands-on experience needed to start or expand your career in this very lucrative field.
The course combines classroom training with hands-on experience on our state-of-the-art simulator and real life in our practice yard.
The training program has been planned in accordance with the NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF CRANE OPERATORS(NCCCO) to
give you the knowledge you need to pass the certification exam. On the last day of the training, you will have the opportunity to take the written exam.
Class Duration: Six Days
Day 1 - 5: Classroom Training plus hands-on simulator and crane training.
Day 6: NCCCO written exam
Additional hands-on practice is also available at a reduced rate to student of this course.
Mobile Crane Prep Class for CCO Certification
The Mobile Crane Operator Prep Course for CCO Certification is designed to prepare experienced and trained
operators, who currently work in mobile crane operations, for the successful completion of NCCCO
(National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) written and practical exams. The OSHA
regulations require crane operators working in construction or performing construction-related
activities to be certified through a nationally accredited agency.

Rigger Level II Prep Class for CCO Certification
The Rigger level II Prep Class for CCO Certification is designed to prepare the candidate for the Rigger Level II written
exam. In addition to knowing and demonstrating Rigger Level I knowledge and skills, a Certified Rigger Level II can
select rigging components and procedures based on rigging capacity.
A Level II Rigger can perform the following rigging tasks unsupervised:
- Estimate load weight and center of gravity
- Identify lift points
- Determine and select rigging based on loading
- Perform pre-use inspection of rigging and lift points
- Identify and attach rigging with knowledge of hitch configurations and load angle factors, rigging capacities, and load integrity
- Understand load dynamics and associated hazards
As applicable, Level II Riggers will also have a working knowledge of hoisting equipment, winches, jacks, industrial rollers, and similar equipment.
The prerequisite is Rigger level I. Candidates may take the Rigger Level One Prep Class the day before the
Rigger level II prep class, but NCCCO requires that before receiving the Rigger level II certification the candidate
must be Rigger Level I certified. Candidates are permitted to take both written tests at the same session in
proper sequence.
